neither blue nor green (part 2)

I just had to show off my latest purchase - especially as the colour fits in perfectly with last post. Completely unintentional, I swear. I admit it was an impulse buy, I was actually on my way to get some groceries when I passed a fashion store (this is why they put supermarkets in the farthest corner of the mall!). Anyway, I'm usually quite good at resisting impulse buys, but this a) was on sale for $4. b) was the only one left. c) has a gorgeous rich teal -or whatever you'd like to call it- colour. d) has a fun puffy shape. e) has pockets!

blue shoes - thrifted/ op shop, black top - Indonesia, bracelet - gift, love birds necklace - my Etsy shop

And just to continue the colour obsession theme... source

Aw, it's lovely! I hope you get a lot of good wear out of it. I also tend to like that colour a lot, and especially on vintage stuff like typewriters, fridges, phones and such.

Yes, Denmark is the land you could spot across the sea. It's only 20 minutes by ferry away!

That skirt is very cute! And with pockets, of course you couldn't pass it up. And that typewriter is KILLING ME! In a good way. I want an old-fashioned typewriter so bad.

Bargain! go you!

Did you go to Big W in the city? There was only 2 pairs left when I went there, so maybe you need to try another store. I have no idea where else they are though...

Haha that last picture is so cute!! Aghhh it's a good reminder for me to get back to work too =(( I can't stop blog surfing and checking out the latest on fashion week...

Anyway that teal skirt is so lovely! it's a really great find; I can't believe you managed to get such a lovely item for only $4! Gosh if only things would go for such a low price where I live... even in thrift stores (which are few and far between) i doubt you'd be able to find something of such quality for less than $5.
