something awesome (guest post by Risti)

The following is a guest post by the super lovely Risti.

When Anna asked me to guest post, I was so excited! And picking a theme came naturally- with Valentine’s Day around the corner, and taking a cue from the title of this sweet blog, love seemed like the perfect topic. Throughout the year, and not just on Valentine’s Day, I strive to live and give to others from the heart, indeed to live with heart. I came across these photos and immediately felt that they have so much heart and love in them. Don’t you just want to live each day with this kind of pure awesomeness?

The photos are from My Parents Were Awesome, a website with a lot of heart. Once upon a time our parents were cool young people in love, long before we came along. Take a look through your old family photo albums and you’ll see what I mean. Oh, and my parents are still awesome!
