I've never been that big of a fan, but they are tasty with coffee. Palmiers, or we always called them elephant ears.

ReplyDeletei used to eat these butterfly cookies for breakfast when i lived in spain during high school. delicious and always with a cup of earl grey tea. now when i find them all i can think of are early mornings getting ready for class and watching the street cleaners before the day started from the balcony window.
