Went to the Melbourne Zoo with big brother last week. Fun! My favourites? The giraffes and the butterflies - although the butterflies were really tricky to take photos of. Oh, and the baby elephant was adorable of course. What are your favourite zoo animals? :)

ReplyDeleteMy son and I went on Sunday and it was almost empty - probably because of the weather forecast for hail, storms and general doom. So we got to see all the animals without the crowds, fantastic!

I love the zoo too, Anna. :) My absolute favourite insect is the butterfly. :) When I was on holidays in Singapore, I went to Sentosa where they had a butterfly museum. I learned so much about them. ^^

ReplyDeleteI just recently went to the zoo and I loved it! I think the monkeys are my favorite, though the giraffes, flamingos, and lions are up there. But the monkeys are so funny!

ReplyDeleteAw! I love zoos! I just went to Australia Zoo, and had loads of fun just sitting with the kangaroos and petting and feeding them, and petting the koalas. So great! I'm from California, and the San Diego Zoo is amazing...I love the exotic animals like zebra and giraffe. I love pandas as well...OH and penguins and seals and otters! Haha.
