shadows, knitting, and spots of red

Spent all day yesterday at a knitting get-together, hosted by my friend Jennifer (who was wearing that super cute print dress you see in that 2nd pic!). It was a really nice way to spend a Saturday: having girly chats, making a new friend (hi Rene!), devouring tea and nibbles, and making progress with my long red scarf. Oh, and also capturing some shadows by the window! Submitting that first photo for Shadow Shot Sunday at Hey Harriet.

Can't wait to start wearing my first ever red scarf! Also, notice the pops of red in all the photos?

    LOL I thought you were taking a photo of the table when you were taking a photo of my dress! and I thought I was in the way! LOL

    The teapot was courtesy of Miss Shanwen from Pretty Peonies. It was a gift from her. ^^
