One weekend, a group of us spent 3 hours walking along the beach. It was quiet and nice, the sun was bright but not hot, the area was far from crowded apart from the occasional jogger or dog walker, and the beach breeze is refreshing. It's nice to be away from the busy city for a bit. The only downside was I ran out of film halfway through the trip, and my legs were aching all through the following week (I really need to exercise more).
