Treated myself to a cup of tea and French macaroons (or "macarons", if you wish). They make for a very pink and pretty photoshoot. Yeah, by the time of the last photo, it was too hard to resist the temptation to eat at least one of them. You'll notice a polaroid there, and you can get a better look of it
here. I've started taking polaroids again (after "saving" it for so long!), encouraged by the fact that it's
'Roid week. Anyone else participating in it? There's some amazing stuff in the
Flickr pool.
these are such gorgeous images, love the last one. i've only had 2 macarons in my life and they were both incredibly yummy! i'd love to make some myself sometime :)

ReplyDeleteI have never eaten one in my whole life! I am always imagining them taste like semprong, minus the coconut taste and much sweeter. Do they?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! I love macarons too, I love them so much that each time I pass by a Ladurée (I love living in Paris!), I have to try not to look so I won't be tempted :) Which flavors are they? Is there a pistachio in the middle? That's definitely my favorite and I'm a pretty lucky girl because my boyfriend made me some (http://loeufquichante.blogspot.com/2010/03/faux-guide-de-nantes.html) a few weeks ago : I was ecstatic!
ReplyDeleteI wish I knew it was roid week again! I have one pack left and am saving it for a 'special occassion' hehe.
