we were finders, we were keepers

Camera: compact 35mm point and shoot; Film: Kodak Colorplus 200

I just got 2 rolls of film developed (yay!), so expect lots more film photo posts on the blog in the coming days/ weeks. These were taken during the Finders Keepers market weekend at Docklands. Unfortunately I messed up a part of the the film roll (again..), so although there were some interesting colours and double exposures that resulted due to this mistake, there were also some photos from that day that were ruined. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

Great shots!! Love the one with the balloons.
I actually LOVE doing double exposures both on purpose and on accident with my superheadz slim camera. It's SO fun to see what interesting layers and combinations come out of it.

Ahh I guess that's the luck of the draw hey? These are still wonderful shots. I really really want to start playing around with double exposures more, but all the ones I do on purpose turn out lame, and I don't do enough accidental ones (too much in the habit of winding on straight after a shot). Dilemma. haha

Pity some didn't turn out, but what did looks great (I'm a fan of the balloons one too)! ^__^

Pretty! I'm sorry some of them got messed up, but these turned out delightfully.

P.S. I have to apologize because I only just posted feedback on my lovely Eiffel Tower necklace from your Etsy shop. I got it all the way back in August, but it was my first Etsy purchase and I didn't know about the feedback detail. I just signed back in to Etsy the other day and saw the notification that I hadn't left feedback. So I'm terribly sorry it was delayed, and I hope you know that I completely love the necklace! xo

Oh and also (haha, sorry, longest comment ever) you're reading The Man with the Dancing Eyes! That's one of my favorite books, Sophie Dahl is such a treasure.

What lovely pictures! I love double exposures, the results can be quite strange, which is all the fun or it. I love not knowing how they'll turn out until you get it developed. Pretty shots anyway xx
