hats off

Camera: Wide lens Superheadz. Film: Fujifilm Fujicolor Superia 200

If you came here from the blog Resplendent Tranquility, you would know that Emily and I have been swapping film photos every month for a year now, and our latest theme is hats. After seeing Emily's post (and knowing that my photos for her may be sadly lost in the mail *sigh* Postal service, you disappoint me sometimes), I thought I'd show some of my hat photos on the blog too.

Due to our geographical locations (her in US, me in Australia), I love the immediate season contrast you'd notice between our photos. Emily captures her woolly winter hats beautifully against the bright white snow. Whereas my photos are all about wide brimmed, straw hats in the warm summer days.

I love hats, but I have always felt my head is too big to wear one! Lovely pictures.
